All payments made for Vouchexa subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Because our service is digital and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are only granted in limited, justified cases as outlined in this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
  • If you were billed after successfully canceling your subscription before the renewal date.
  • If the service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to technical issues caused by us.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
  • Lack of usage of the service.
  • Failure to cancel your plan before renewal.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform.
  • False or fraudulent refund requests.

4. Trials & Promotional Offers

If a trial plan or promotional offer is available, charges applied after the trial period will not be refunded. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the trial ends to avoid billing.

6. Stripe Billing & Processing

All payments are securely handled by Stripe. Once a refund is approved, Stripe may take 5–10 business days to return the payment depending on your bank.
